Kenneth Ginlack, LCSW, CSAC, ICS
Chief Executive Officer
Ken Ginlack serves as the senior management leader of Serenity Inns, Inc., and oversees the organization's administration, finance, programs, development, donor and external relations, and strategy to fulfill its mission. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ginlack works closely with the Board of Directors and is an active member of all standing committees.

ALICIA BRYANT, BA
Executive Assistant
Alicia provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and serves as liaison to the Board of Directors and various Board committees. She also works closely with Serenity Inns’ marketing and development consultants to support communications, fundraising initiatives, special events, and community outreach efforts. In addition, Alicia assists with daily office operations and serves as a key point of contact for volunteers, donors, and community supporters, helping to advance the mission of Serenity Inns.

Director of Operations
A graduate of Serenity Inns in 2011, Jason has since earned his Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and MBA degrees. As Director of Operations, Jason is the senior operations leader of Serenity Inns and responsible for overseeing the three-phased programs and facilities of the organization. He manages the resident selection process and leads addictions counseling and case management for the clients of Serenity Inns and Alumni House. He is also certified in Trauma Informed Care.

Serenity Inns’ Transitional Living staff members help provide a supportive bridge between residential treatment and independent living, providing structure and guidance as men continue their recovery journey. They provide a “Ministry of Presence,” being visible and available, showing compassion and respect, listening without solving, maintaining accountability, and modeling a responsible lifestyle for the residents.
